Current collaborations focus on three key areas:

Collaboration with Thomas Heinz, AIA to develop land with buildings originally drawn by Frank Lloyd Wright, to which modern systems are added.  Thomas is a rock star of the architecture world,  writer of many books (including one with Brad Pitt), the constructor/interpreter/restorer of Frank Lloyd Wright (more than 50 projects) and most famously, creator of The Massaro House from Frank Lloyd Wright's drawings.

You can reach Thomas at  Thomas.Heinz.AIA@gmail.com

The development of a highly efficient and cost effective means of developing steep uphill infill lots, by means of horizontal and vertical tunnels (wine cave + parking + elevators) utilizing the superior and patented tools of  www.AlpineCutters.com.  Alpine Cutters is ably led by "Chip" Kogelmann.

You can reach Chip at   chip@alpine-aec.com

The Open Building philosophy ( www.MIT.edu) to which we have added an econometric approach to design and construction integrating BIM (Stanford University, Civil Engineering Department)   with the Proformas of Prof. Linnemann, used by Sam Zell,  and the Stanford University Advanced Project Management "Strategic Framework"

We are seeking investors who want projects that are well run and that provide constant attention to risk, in the same was as their other portfolio holdings.
