FLW Houseboats & Cottages

In 1922, Frank Lloyd Wright visited Lake Tahoe and drew both homes and houseboats.

Pacific Fogg + Thomas Heinz, AIA are seeking investors to build these houseboats & cottages based on Wright's classic sketches; interpreted by reknowned Wright scholar Heinz; combined with modern, efficient and green systems; and a luscious and authentic interior decor based on Wright's work.

The current model of this design would create a houseboat of between 1,000 to 2,000 square feet, depending on available barge space and details.  Cottages vary from 750 sf to 3500 sf.

This is an opportunity to create an architectural statement on the water, such as this "Lake Tahoe Barge - 1922" drawn and colored by Wright himself.
